Move In, Part II
I have gotten stuff set up in some rooms of my apartment, and some rooms are still a disaster (as can be seen in the above pictures). Also, I got a haircut. Also, I started work at Rockwell Collins this week.
Tonight was movie night at my place, and my family came over and we made pizza and watched the movie Princess Bride (last week, we watched the greatest movie of all time, Chariots of Fire… hopefully I will talk about that soon).
Later in the evening when my family left, this sense of sadness hit me and I realized how much I miss them. I miss living with them and seeing them and talking to them every day. I miss having my parents in charge. I wish I were a kid again.

I miss you three……………times more than I thought possible! I know God is in the process of doing some important work in all of our lives. Even though growth often involves pain, we’ll be stronger in the end — won’t we?

I miss you too Jedidiah — but I’m proud of you for sticking it out. Hang in there!
